Wholesale terms and conditions

Minimum order: No minimum order amount for first-time customers. Subsequent orders are subject to a minimum order cost of $150.

Placing an order: Orders can be placed via email to tiffany@northwestmakes.com or by phone 425-677-5855. Include item numbers and quantities. Email or call for custom orders.

Wholesale pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping.

Invoicing and shipping: Once your order has been fully processed, Northwest Makes will send out an invoice that includes shipping. To establish a shipping cost your order needs to be packed, weighed and measured, so please contact Northwest Makes as soon as possible with any additions – additions after packing may incur a fee.

Turnaround: There are few “stock” items. Most items are made to order. Please allow up to six weeks turnaround time. Northwest Makes will provide a more precise timeline when you order, oftentimes much quicker than six weeks.

Local pickup: Shipping costs are waived on orders picked up from the Issaquah studio.

Local delivery: For a flat fee of $5, Northwest Makes will deliver orders within a 30-mile radius of Issaquah. Customers must be available to receive delivery in person.

Damage or defects: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Northwest Makes within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Returns: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

Payments: Northwest Makes will invoice customers. Payments can be made with a credit card or ACH credit transfer, and are due within 30 days. No additional fees are charged.

Third-party websites: Sale of Northwest Makes products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy or other third-party websites is prohibited.

Back orders: Northwest Makes occasionally experiences supply chain delays. Northwest Makes will alert customers as soon as possible if there is a delay.

Hand-made nature of goods: All items are printed and sewn by hand. There will be some variation in printing from item to item.
